Refund Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Short version: if Plait Pro isn’t for you, you can have your money back within 14 days of the purchase, no questions asked.

Who sells Plait

Plait is made by Nomya SpA (Chile). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. Refunds are issued by Paddle, to the same payment method you used.

The 14-day refund

  • Any Plait Pro purchase, monthly, yearly or Founders, can be refunded in full within 14 days of the charge. That includes renewals: if a subscription renews and you didn’t mean to keep it, ask within 14 days of the renewal charge.
  • You don’t need to give a reason.
  • When the refund goes through, the subscription is cancelled and Plait returns to the Free plan. Your projects and code on your Mac are not touched.
  • After 14 days, payments aren’t refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Try before you pay

Plait Pro has a 14-day free trial that doesn’t ask for a card, and the Free plan is free for good. Nothing is charged when a trial ends.

How to ask for a refund

Any of these works:

  • Email benjamin.gc2002@gmail.com with the email you bought with (and the order number from your receipt, if you have it handy).
  • Or contact Paddle directly at paddle.net, using the details on your receipt.

We usually answer within two business days. Once approved, the refund usually shows up on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
